Here at Active Chiropractic Clinics, we are proud of our extensively trained group of chiropractors.  We guarantee that every chiropractor is highly qualified and has completed a full time degree for a minimum of 4 years to become a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Graduating from the University of Glamorgan in 2002, Claudia has a special interest in treating pregnant women and children.  She has focused greatly on the functional changes in both adolescents and the older patient, adapting her clinics around their individual needs.

As one of the directors of the company, Claudia offers a range of techniques during her clinics, including spinal manipulation, dry needling, soft tissue work, Kinesio taping and ultrasound therapy, allowing her to utilise her knowledge and experience to optimise care.

Graduating from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2003, Kerrie has a key interest in treating pregnant ladies, offering a patient care plan pre and post-natal.  Alongside this, she offers a gentle approach to functional problems in babies and young children.

As one of the directors of the company, Kerrie can advise an adaptable and manageable treatment plan to your specific needs, utilising her knowledge and other treatment methods such as spinal manipulation, dry needling, soft tissue work and ultrasound therapy.

Graduating from what is now the AECC University College in 1994, George is internationally known in his field having acted as Chiropractor at International Martial arts events and for professional football and ice hockey teams; he has practised in Sheffield since his graduation.

His clinics cover musculoskeletal complaints of both the spine and extremities with a special interest in the treatment of headaches.  George uses both Kinesio taping and dry needling in his practice and holds fellowships in both the Royal College of Chiropractors and the European academy of Chiropractic in Orthopaedics.

Graduating from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2008, Sophie has developed an interest of the external joints, not just the spine.  Sophie has geared her clinics around people of all ages with problems in the shoulders, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle/foot joints; noting that occupation, posture and arthritic changes along with sporting injuries can often be the cause of many problems.

The treatment techniques she uses include spinal manipulation, joint mobility, dry needling, ultrasound therapy and soft tissue work and can personalise each treatment plan according to the needs of the patient.

Graduating from the University of South Wales, Bal offers a comprehensive approach to his clinics. 

He has a key interest in treating headaches and neck complaints. Bal has completed a post graduate course and qualified as an animal chiropractor, has a keen interest in the canine and equine fields, therefore treats many horse riders, equine and canine trainers; he is also interested in how chiropractic treatment can assist sporting individuals from bodybuilders to rugby players and boxers.  He uses myofascial techniques, spinal manipulation, Rock taping methods, dry needling and ultrasound therapy in his treatment plans, focusing on health and wellbeing.

Graduating from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of South Wales, Ray has an extensive interest in body mechanics, focusing greatly on the shoulders and hips.  His approach encompasses all ages and patient complaints.  Ray uses a variety of techniques during his clinics, including chiropractic manipulation, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Soft tissue release, ultrasound therapy and Kinesio taping.

Ray has a keen interest in the treatment of sporting injuries and is currently Chiropractor to the Sheffield Steeler’s and Sheffield Eagles RLFC.

A graduate from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, Oliver studied in Bournemouth but then moved back to his hometown of Sheffield 3 years ago.

Oliver employs a wide range of treatments to not only reduce pain in the first instance but to increase and maintain function and health in the long run.

Some treatment modalities that he employs include: spinal manipulation, joint mobilisation, dry needling, ultrasound therapy and soft tissue work.

Oliver's treatment covers musculoskeletal complaints of both the spine and extremities, but he has a special interest in treating problems arising from manual work and sports injuries.
